WHO WE ARE:

Air Tickets, a Helloworld Travel Group Company, is seeking a full-time Technical Support Services Consultant to join the Air Tickets Business Systems team.

Technical Support Services (TSS) are the intermediary between Air Tickets Operations, Accounts, Sales and Air Tickets Development for any technical queries relating to the production of airline tickets

As a member of the Helloworld Travel Group – working at Air Tickets will provide you with the opportunity to be part of Australia’s leading integrated travel businesses. The group encompasses travel brands providing franchised retail services, wholesale products, specialist government and corporate business travel and ticket distribution services across eight countries.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Daily customer technical support via email, chat and/or phone
  • Liaise with internal/external customers along with GDS and Airline partners to solve problems
  • Obtaining airline rules and policies to maintain multiple validations and reference tables
  • Analysis and reporting of system issues for continuous system improvement

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Knowledge and experience of Global Distribution Systems: Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre.
  • A high competency level of fares & ticketing would be beneficial
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word & Excel
  • Ability to solve problems professionally and efficiently whilst adhering to company policies.
  • Ability to communicate with your co-workers in a professional and understanding manner.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be proactive, take initiative and could work with minimal supervision, autonomously and as part of a team.
