Job Description

As the Team Leader for Lifestyle Holidays, you will provide strong leadership and support to the entire wholesale team, be active and educated in all operations aspects of Lifestyle Holidays and offering Agency Support.
In this role, you will work closely with the Campaign and Product development team for short haul destinations in the South Pacific region.

Key Accountabilities

As the new Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first escalation point for Problem resolution with the Wholesale team
  • Leading and conducting regular team meetings
  • Liaising with suppliers for product updates
  • Taking calls and email enquiry/bookings/quotation and actioning accordingly
  • Maintaining service standards and attention to detail on bookings and quotations
  • Keeping a weekly roster with a who,where,what,how so team is aware of weekly happenings and what’s coming up
  • Maintaining product knowledge by attending product updates.
  • Monitoring and assisting in Loading product deals into the Marketing portal for YOU Travel 
  • Assisting and guiding Product and database personnel on contract priority.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieving sales growth as a department by no less than 10%
  • Analysing and implementing new strategies as per Member and Supplier feedback.
  • maintaining staff and department retention numbers.
  • Achieve less than 1% of errors and loss management write off against TTV.
     

The Ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillset:

  • Familiarised on lifestyle holidays booking platform
  • Possess Strong mathematical knowledge
  • Rostering of team members with awareness of weekly happenings and what’s coming up.
  • Report and analytical acumen to provide findings to the General Manager when required.
  • Destinations experience in the South Pacific, primarily Fiji and Cook Islands

Other Key details:

In this role, you will be required to attend Frontline Conferences, Supplier Updates and Appreciation evenings when required.

  • Attending function and Famil trip events representing the company will be a requirement. Therefore, you will require a valid passport and drivers’ license.
