Job description
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in overseeing commercial and financial operations, ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate information, and supporting business decision-making processes.
The Role:
As the primary commercial lead and a key member of the senior leadership team, this dynamic role, reporting to the General Manager, offers a unique chance to participate in influencing the company’s strategy for success. You’ll navigate a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic financial oversight with hands-on execution.
In this position, you’ll deliver insightful financial modelling for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, while managing three direct reports.
Your contributions will span from preparing monthly P&L and balance sheets, preparing and contributing to key projects and providing commercial advice to the senior leadership team. You’ll also collaborate with internal and external partners as you identify risks, seize opportunities, and contribute to ensuring the company’s continued growth.
Skills & Expertise Required:
To thrive in this role, you will ideally have experience within the Travel industry, though this is not essential. You should be a CA/CPA member (or equivalent) with good commercial experience at a senior level. Your expertise will cover all financial and accounting disciplines, including cashflow management, financial modelling, management accounting, process improvement, proficiency in ERP systems, and statutory compliance. Your strong commercial acumen and advanced Excel skills, will be essential to providing valuable insights, creating impactful financial models and supporting decision making.
