The Group division of Helloworld Travel Ltd specialises in arranging trips for groups of 10 up to 400 for a diverse range of clients in Australia and overseas. 

The Group’s team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join their dynamic team.

All about the role:

  • Based in Sydney CBD
  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
  • Quoting and booking group travel arrangements for our international and domestic wholesale clients.
  • Providing local assistance while the groups are in the country
  • Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintaining financial documents

All about you:

  • You have knowledge and experience with travel bookings and possibly with groups
  • Computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems. 
  • You’re driven, highly motivated and an efficient organiser
  • You have exceptional attention to detail
  • Over 12 months of unrestricted work rights within Australia
  • You are fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • A European language is a definite advantage, as is the knowledge of the Tourplan booking system
